Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to know whether or not organizational experiences and job performance evaluation influence access promotion, (2) to know whether or not organizational experiences and job performance evaluation influence career stagnation, (3) to know whether or not organizational experiences and job performance evaluation influence career satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Kelas II Yogyakarta. The data gathering techniques applied in this research include documentation, interview and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in Multiple Linear Regression. The result of the data analysis shows that: (1) organizational experiences in terms of supervisor support and job performance evaluation influence access promotion, (2) organizational experiences in terms of supervisor support influence career stagnation while job performance evaluation doesn't influence career stagnation. (3) organizational experiences in terms of organizational acceptance, supervisor support and career strategy influence career satisfaction, while job performance evaluation doesn't influence career satisfaction.
