Abstract
MedModel is a software used by simulation experts to describe healthcare systems modelling. As a tool, MedModel helps to evaluate a real system of the modelled sofware. It is regarded as an exact tool to imitate the real system in healthcare systems. Therefore, it helps to solve technical problems when we use the conventional research or trial and error methods. As a center of serving public health (Puskesmas) in villages, it plays an essential role to support the public health care of villagers. It will be better if the quality of service is improved. In this research one of the matters observed is the time of service. The punctuality of service will increase the number of patients handled by Puskesmas. For the sake of it, the research applied MedModel for modelling the health care done in Puskesmas Rejomulyo Madiun.
