Abstract

The research will set up a mathematical model for the inventory of perishable items so that we can get the policy of optimal order and also the inventory level to maximalize the profit intended. The research sample is the retailers of fresh fruits in Madiun. The conclusion drawn from the research is the setting up of mathematical model which combines the inventory models P and Q
