Abstract

Experience-based learning process begins with the arrangement of action theory. The following step is to determine the action performed in order to achieve the desired consequency in the situation already planned in advance. Next, we carry out the action applied in the relevant group skill. A success or failure is judged on the ground of the reflection of the arranged action theory. Then, the skill are applied in the action which is already modified and improved. By experience-based learning we may achieve a psychological success and master group skills. We need to observe how the group skill are used by other members and we participate fully in the group. This participation observation enables us to know when we should use group skills and how we help other members in the group.
