Abstract
SMEs development has been strategically placed as one of national market pillars. SMEs play important role in absorbing labor in wich it absorbed more than 66 million persons or 60 percent of total labor force, and their contribution is nearly two third to national output. It can be said that SMEs, mostly micro finances, have a vital pivot in Indonesian economy. However, many problems in their application have been faced such capital deficiency due to the banking regulation in channeling the credit. Some other problems are related to managing of the business such as managerial aspects, marketing aspects, human aspects and enterprises aspects. Human aspects here include labor and management, whereas enterprises aspects include characteristics of companies technology.
