Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh structural assurance, perceived reputation, dan privasi terhadap trust pengguna internet di sistem marketplace Shopee. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pengguna Shopee yang pernah melakukan transaski. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa structural assurance, perceived reputation, dan privasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap trust pengguna marketplace Shopee
