Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership dan leader member exchange terhadap work engagement pada komunitas Aur Kuning Madiun. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada 213 jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan program SPSS 22,0 for windows. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pengaruh transformational leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement dan 2) leader member exchange berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement.
