Abstract
Critical story usually refers to the situation when the story is made. One of the famous critics in the twentieth century is George Orwell. He writes a story based on his own experiences about injustice and brutality in the world, especially to the Russian, led by Joseph Stalin. At that time, there was no peace at all for there was war. It gave the influenace to most of the world leader's behaviour, like Hitler and Stalin. They tend to do such cruelty. George Orwell tries to reveal his experience into political satire. One of his satire is Animal Farm which is acted by animals. It tells about rebellion and dictatorship of a leader. Animal Farm is also a reflection of a political situation in the contemporer era in which there was a war at that time. Animal Farm is the main source of data, meanwhile the others are the books which have connection with the problem of the paper. Napoleon is a reflection of Stalin while Snowball is a reflection of Trosky in which they are always against each other. Further, the neighbour farmers, Pilkington and Frederick in the Animal Farm have the condition as France and England. The background of this problem is taken from Rusia history. The way which is done by Napoleon is limited by the action of the animal. The actions which are done by Napoleon refer to totalitarianism and Machiaveli concept. It reflects dictator leaders, especially which is used by most of the leaders in the World War II.Machiavelism and totalitarianism refer to narassment, tyranny, deception and dictatorship. It is a very hard problem for a leader to create a peaceful and fair country, even if it is dominated by rebellion. In this case, ambition is needed to reach a goal, but extreme ambition will someone into destruction.
